Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Alternatively, if the item was purchased via Amazon.com (www.amazon.com) or eBay.com (www.ebay.com) you can go through their refund process or contact us at support@assuredsigns.com
Additionally, if you have registered your product under our lifetime warranty program within 30 days of receipt of the item you can avail of our lifetime warranty scheme. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in reasonable condition with no visible human-made damage or deterioration caused by neglect or mismanagement. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
