Carefully peel off the adhesive stickers and begin applying them to the back of the sign, working your way from left to right.

Firmly press the four corners up against the desired surface area.

There isn't a whole lot you can say about a sign like this, other than to say it's the same type and quality you'll see in commercial office and retail buildings all over the place. The adhesive isn't too thick, so it fits flush on the door instead of sticking out from it.
